Mylako Limited is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors regulated by the RICS. Our highly trained staff offers services covering every area of the property sector, including building & asset management, investments, sales & lettings and Landlord & Tenant matters. Our headquarters are based in the City of London but we also have offices in Surrey and North West London. We cover all areas of London and the South East. Our offices deal with several thousand tenants. Our clients range from private firms, individuals and family trusts to private property companies. We tailor our services to individual clients’ business requirements. The main focus of the company revolves around the management of properties including asset management, professional work, and refurbishment. We work for both owners and occupiers in assisting them to acquire and realise the value of their real estate assets. The firm is comprised of a management department, a sales & lettings department, a dedicated accounts operation, a legal team, consultants, a health and safety officer, maintenance contractors and numerous support staff.
